Marta founded Apex Partners after experiencing firsthand the toll of burnout and a heart attack; a wake-up call that the life she had built was unsustainable for both her health and her spirit. She chose to redesign her work and life around calm instead of chaos, making a bold shift toward creating something more intentional and lasting.
With Apex Partners, her purpose is clear: to be the steady support she once wished for, offering founders and leaders not just quick fixes, but the kind of long-term mentorship that shapes resilient businesses and healthier lives. Her goal is to leave people better than she found them, helping leaders grow stronger, make wiser decisions, and build organizations where people and purpose thrive together.
